The NC-115/1000 boasts a sophisticated chuck-type spindle with the nose model ANSIA2-11, accommodating an impressive 18.0" (380mm) three-jaw power chuck. This standard configuration includes a set of soft jaws, ensuring secure and precise workpiece handling. The spindle's advanced non-contact magnetic induction encoder facilitates complex functions such as rigid tapping, 1-degree indexing, and meticulous spindle positioning, enhancing the machine's precision and operational capabilities.
Featuring an ultra-thin hydraulic clamping mechanism integrated with a coolant circuit system, this machine tool maintains versatility and efficiency by accommodating either a three-jaw power chuck or a chuck adapter. The adoption of ultra-thin rotary cylinders reduces the machine's footprint while maintaining operational efficiency. A conveniently placed hydraulic rotary cylinder pressure gauge on the machine's front end allows for real-time monitoring of the chuck's grip strength. The brushless servo motor ensures swift and precise turret rotation, with a three-piece end gear disk providing secure locking.
