After turning on the machine, preheat it for approximately 10 minutes (extend this time if the machine has been idle for a long period). Regularly check that the oil circuit is clear, and keep the machine completely dry and clean.
Avoid places with high humidity, excessive dust, or corrosive gases. The machine should be kept away from direct sunlight, thermal radiation, and high-vibration machinery like punching or forging equipment. Keep operating temperatures strictly controlled between 15°C and 35°C (ideally around 20°C for precision machining), and use a dedicated power line with voltage regulators to prevent power supply fluctuations.
Daily maintenance includes cleaning dust and chips from the control panel, spindle taper hole, tool carriage, tool arm, and turret. Operators must also check the levels of lubricating oil and coolant, check that the air pressure is normal, monitor all signal and warning lights, and check the oil pressure unit tube for leaks.
On a weekly basis: dismantle the shaft chip guard, clean the oil pipe joints, test the limit switches, replace hydraulic and reduction mechanism oil, and clean dust in the electrical box. On a monthly basis: check the shaft track lubrication to ensure it is in good condition, clean the limit switches, and verify that all warning nameplates are clear.
