What is your delivery time?
Standard tools (confirmed in stock): usually within 7 working days ex-works after payment confirmed.
Custom/non-standard/special profiles: normally 15-25 days after final drawing confirmation.
(Above means factory dispatch; final transit depends on shipping method & agreed Incoterms.)
What are your payment terms? / How can I pay?
Preferred: Trade Assurance (protects both sides).
Bank T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy as agreed).
L/C negotiable for qualified accounts. (We do not recommend Western Union / PayPal for large-tooling payments.)
How are tools packed for shipping?
Export packing: fumigation-free plywood crate / reinforced wooden case. Interior: rust protection + VCI anti-rust paper + foam edge guards + plastic film, clearly labeled; packing photos available before loading on request.
What is your warranty? What if something breaks?
Warranty: 12 months from B/L date for verified manufacturing defects (machining dimension error / abnormal breakage due to material/heat-treatment fault). Not covered: normal wear, overloading beyond rated tonnage, wrong tool selection, improper installation/maintenance, or handling damage after delivery. Claim: notify within 7 days after receipt with photos + measurement data; confirmed defect -> repair/replacement/credit. Unresolved cases -> Trade Assurance.
