Heavy Duty TX-750MY Slant Bed CNC Lathe with FANUC Control Y Axis Side Milling

TX-750HMY/1500 CNC lathe features an integral HT300 cast iron bed with a 30° inclined box-type rail design. This build, combined with double-layer casting and reinforcing ribs, greatly boosts dynamic rigidity for stable heavy cutting.

Equipped with a 17KW high-torque motor, the spindle reaches 4000rpm max speed. The C-axis offers 0.001°/min indexing accuracy, allowing precision cutting and complex part processing. The BMT65-12T turret with a 7.5KW power tool motor supports bidirectional tool selection, enabling multi-process continuous machining for enhanced efficiency.

The X/Y/Z axes feature high-precision screws (4008/5010), with repeat positioning accuracy up to 0.003mm/0.007mm and machining accuracy at IT6 level. Standard Siemens 828D system, hydraulic center frame, chip conveyor included. Optional Renishaw HPMA tool setter and servo-controlled center frame make it ideal for high-precision, high-rigidity mass production in mechanical manufacturing.

Heavy Cutting & High Precision

Designed for heavy cutting, the spindle features double cylindrical roller and angular contact ball bearings, ensuring top-tier performance. Multi-groove belts reduce noise and slip. A labyrinth design shields bearings from coolant, enhancing stability. The 4000 r/min spindle allows high-speed precision cutting, perfect for mass production of complex, rigid, high-precision, finely finished products.

Integral Bed Structure

With an integral bed structure, this tool offers powerful cutting. Its robust design ensures stability, supporting diverse workpiece machining. The one-piece bed, cast from high-strength HT300 iron, features rectangular guideways, quenched (52 - 54°HRC) and precision ground in a single clamping. Slide plates with wear-resistant strips are precision-matched via hand scraping. Bearings and motor mounts are assembled with scraped and inlaid precision.

Guideways: Box-type Guideways

The 750H series uses box-type guideways for all axes, ensuring superior mobility. These guideways counteract cutting vibrations, reduce tool wear, and boost stability. The sealed X-axis design minimizes turret damage from chips, securing durability and precision.
