The separated cooling water tank is easy to clean. The precise, high-rigidity cartridge-type spindle structure is easy to maintain. The spindle sleeve is fully symmetrical and suspended, which can better eliminate the impact of thermal deformation on machining accuracy. High-power AC spindle motor enhances the stability of the machine tool operation. The main shaft is lubricated with imported high-grade grease, fully enclosed, and maintenance-free. Machine Tool Acceptance Criteria and Procedures

  • Precision of machining center: check and accept according to relevant national standards GB/T18400-2010 or Q/XZ03-2015 (for checking geometric accuracy, working accuracy, standard cutting test pieces, etc.).
  • Check and accept according to the relevant technical agreement, factory documents and configuration list signed by both parties.
  • For the machine tool with special configuration, the acceptance is divided into pre-acceptance and final acceptance. Pre-acceptance is conducted at the manufacturer's factory. Final acceptance takes place at the site of use by the user after installation and commissioning.

Training and Installation

The factory supplies the installation documents. If basic training is needed, video meetings can be arranged for free. If field installation and training are required, the factory will arrange engineers to go to the user's factory. The cost of round-trip air tickets, board and lodging will be covered by the user, alongside a salary of 100.00 USD/day for each engineer.

After Sales

  • From the BL date, the manufacturer will implement the standard service for the product for one year. (If the user causes damage due to their own reasons, an appropriate cost fee will be charged).
  • When the machine tool breaks down, the manufacturer can judge the cause of the failure and deal with it immediately after receiving feedback. If the cause cannot be determined at that time, a reply will be given within 24 hours. If engineers need to be sent to the scene, they will be dispatched within a week.
