What size and packing specifications do you offer?
We offer thicknesses of 2pt (0.71mm), 3pt (1.05mm), and 4pt (1.42mm). These are packed as either strips or coils, except for 4pt which is not available in coils.
What is the hardness level of the body and tip?
The body hardness is available in HRC 34~36 (soft), HRC 37~39 (medium hard - standard), and HRC 40~42 (hard). The tip hardness is specified at HRC 52~56.
Which tip hardening method is applied?
We utilize High Frequency Induction hardening, processed by the advanced ALO 192 hardening machine imported from Sweden.
What tip forms and edge types are available?
Tip forms include Center Bevel (CB), Long Center Bevel (LCB), Side Bevel (SB), and Long Side Bevel (LSB). The edge types are available as shaved edge or grinding edge.
