Machine Tool Acceptance Criteria and Procedures

• Precision of machining center: Check and accept according to relevant national standards GB/T18400-2010 (for checking geometric accuracy, working accuracy, standard cutting test pieces, etc.).
• Check and accept according to the relevant technical agreement, factory documents, and configuration list signed by both parties.
• For machine tools with special configuration, the acceptance is divided into two parts: pre-acceptance and final acceptance. Pre-acceptance occurs at the manufacturer's facility, while final acceptance is conducted on-site after installation.

Training and Installation

The factory supplies installation documentation. Easy training can be conducted via video meeting for free. If on-site installation and training are required, the factory will arrange engineers to visit the user's facility. The cost of round-trip airfare, board, lodging, and a daily salary of 100.00 USD per engineer will be borne by the user.

After Sales Service

1. From the Bill of Lading (BL) date, the manufacturer implements a "three guarantees" service for the product for one year (excluding damage caused by improper operation, for which cost fees will apply).
2. When a breakdown occurs, the manufacturer will diagnose the cause and act immediately. A reply will be provided within 24 hours. If on-site handling is required, a technician will be sent within one week, depending on travel distance, until the fault is resolved.
