1. Precision of machining center: check and accept according to relevant national standards GB/T18400-2010 or Q/XZ03-2015 (for checking geometric accuracy, working accuracy, standard cutting test pieces, etc.).
2. Check and accept according to the relevant technical agreement, factory documents and configuration list signed by both parties.
3. For the machine tool with special configuration, the acceptance is divided into two parts: pre-acceptance and final acceptance.
Pre-acceptance: In accordance with the relevant content of the technical agreement and the manufacturer's factory inspection documents, the manufacturer and the user will jointly conduct an acceptance check at the manufacturer's factory. Both parties will sign and approve the acceptance, and the equipment will be ready for delivery. If the user cannot come for acceptance, it can be regarded as approved pre-acceptance.
Final acceptance: At the site of use by the user, after installation and commissioning by the manufacturer's personnel. The user provides the necessary general tools for installation and commissioning. The main content of acceptance is to check the goods according to the factory documents, packing list, and accuracy test report, geometric accuracy testing, machine tool run-in verification, etc., and sign the final acceptance report after passing the test.
The factory supplies the installation documents. If basic training is needed, video meetings are available free of charge. If on-site installation and training are required at the customer's factory, engineers will be arranged to visit the user's facility. The cost of round-trip air tickets, board, lodging, and a salary of 100.00 USD/day per engineer will be covered by the user.
1. From the BL date, the manufacturer will implement the "three guarantees" service for the product for one year (if the user causes damage due to their own reasons, an appropriate cost fee will be charged).
2. When the machine tool breaks down, the manufacturer can accurately judge the cause of the failure and deal with it immediately after receiving the feedback information from the user. If the cause cannot be determined at that time, a reply will be given within 24 hours. For issues requiring on-site handling, a technician will be sent within a week, depending on travel distance, until the fault is resolved.
