CNC Deep Hole Powerful Honing Machine Performance

Designed for the grinding and polishing of precision pipe fittings such as various hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, and stages. It is highly suitable for correcting dimensional, ellipticity, and local aperture errors. Capable of directly and forcefully honing cold drawn steel pipes. The machine bed is equipped with Siemens or FANUC numerical control systems, AC servo motors, and stepless speed regulation for the grinding rod box. Utilizing German Atlanta linear guide rails ensures high longevity and precision. The honing head uses hydraulic fixed tension to adjust grinding size, delivering stable sand bar force to guarantee superb roundness and cylindricity. The honing pressure can be adjusted to realize smooth transitions between rough and fine honing.
