1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a metal fabrication factory mainly manufacturing trailer OEM parts and custom sheet metal fabrications.
2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples accordingly. Small standard samples are free of charge, with freight collect. For custom OEM samples, the sample cost will be refunded after formal order confirmation.
3. What is your term of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos and videos of the products for inspection before loading.
4. What is your term of delivery?
We support multiple delivery terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or about 15-45 days for customized production, depending on the item specifications and order volume.
6. What about product warranties?
We offer warranties based on the product finish: Hot-dip galvanization (5 years), Zinc plated (1 year), and Powder coated (2 years).
